I joined the Runners World Run Streak Challenge in the effort to combat weight gain during this, the season of food holidays. The challenge is to run 1 mile each day between Thanksgiving and the New Year. When I decided to join the challenge, I was already 4 days behind (oopsie) but I’ll play catch up by running a bit further each day. They say a habit is formed after 30 days, so this will be a great activity for new runners, or runners who have just fallen off (like me). I’ll be logging my miles over at Daily Mile.
