Day one, week two, difficult! This week it's walk five, run two. Up from last week's walk six, run one. I may have had a rough time today because I did Saturday and Sunday back to back. I'm running every other day. Mondays are rough for me, so I like to run Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. So unfortuneatley, I'll have to do Saturdays and Sundays back to back. A day of rest tomorrow (just walking the dog, no running)and maybe I'll feel better Tuesday.

In true ADD fashion, I've taken up another hobby. Last Sunday I started a beginner runner's program. I walk the dog every morning and evening and everyday I see tons of folks running and jogging, which made me want to join in! I like running on a treadmill, but by comparison, the ashphalt and sidewalk is more difficult. I found an 8 week walk/run program online that I think will work well for me. While weight loss is always a nice result of working out, my goal is to incorporate runnning into my lifestyle and maybe run a 5K some day :)
